User Agreement

This Agreement shall regulate the Internet relations between the Gelios tracking service and a physical or a legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
1. Geliospro.ru shall offer the Internet user to use its services under the terms and conditions, stipulated by this Agreement.
2. The User shall be able to connect and track any number of units for free, using all the available capabilities of Gelios Lite.
3. The User shall take into account that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, incurred while using or in the result of using the service.
4. We reserve the right to introduce any amendments to the service operation without notifying the users in advance.
5. The User shall have the right to transfer his units to the Gelios Pro paid service, in order to use all the Gelios Pro capabilities to the fullest.
6. The Agreement shall come into effect from the moment the User accepts its terms and conditions.
